Central location and surrounding

The Gäste-Etage is located directly in the district Mitte. Formerly known as the workers district „roter Wedding”, is today an area inhabited by people coming from all over the world – living peacefully side by side.

You will find supermarkets, banks, the post office, a mall and a charming little park very close to the Gäste-Etage.

Objects of interest can quickly be reached by using busses or the subway.

Our area is very close to the famous districts Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow and Mitte – which is nice for our guests eagerly awaiting to enjoy some Berlin night life. In case the subway is not going any more you will find your way by using night busses.

The factory Osloer Straße

The surroundings of the Gäste-Etage are being influenced by projects lead by the factory Osloer Straße . The factory is a center for social projects emphasised on children and juveniles.

The factory offers juveniles attended living conditions as well as help to get into a job.

Right inside the former assembly hall a childrens museum with changing interactive exhibitions has been established and in the neighbourhood a cafe invites you to relax (which can be rented for your party).

The variety of possibilites is being rounded of by concerts, readings, theaters, a flee market, a lot of small business and all kinds of social projects.
